The Ohio School Safety Center requested that the JPRC facilitate a one-day learning session for attendees from states that have or want to launch anonymous reporting systems (known as tip lines) for reporting school safety issues. Attendees from state agencies and/or school safety centers received a hands-on and practical day-long session with the JPRC School Safety team. Throughout the day, attendees learned about various considerations for the development, implementation, or refinement of statewide tip lines and met with WestEd team members to develop an action plan for their state to enact following the conference.
